About the Role

We are currently seeking talented individuals with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our team as Cocktail/Lounge Servers. As a Cocktail/Lounge Server at Gochu Korean Tacos, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of refreshing and innovative cocktails, engaging with customers, taking orders, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

As a Cocktail/Lounge Server, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and greeting guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Providing detailed information about our menu items, including ingredients and suggestions based on customer preferences.
• Taking drink and food orders accurately and promptly.
• Preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages, ensuring high-quality and consistency.

• Anticipating and addressing guest needs and preferences promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions according to established procedures.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of all menu items, including their ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Cocktail/Lounge Server at Gochu Korean Tacos, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is preferred.
