Responsibilities
As a Steward / Dishwasher at Gochu Korean Tacos, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Washing, cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Assisting the kitchen team in food preparation and plating when needed
- Supporting the front-of-house staff in maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment
- Following all sanitation, health, and safety regulations
